Due to the extreme popularity of Sherman Community Players? opener ALWAYS, PATSY CLINE, a country western musical comedy based on the true story of the friendship between the late country superstar and a devoted fan from Houston managing director Ron Cassady has announced that they have added performances on Friday, October, 30th and Sunday, November 1st. Call the box office Monday thru Friday from 10am until 2pm and Saturday from 10am until noon at 903-892-8819 for reservations. You won?t want to miss this show! Audience members have been delighted and heard to say ?What is a word for better than GRAND!?



Heading the cast is Julie Johnson of Whitewright as Patsy Cline, and Karen Schuth of Denison is cast in the role of Louise Seeger, the fan. Playing over twenty Patsy Cline songs will be band members Ben Vincent from Tom Bean on steel guitar and fiddle, and from Sherman, Mike Williams on guitar, Fred Freeman on bass fiddle and Frank Steele on drums. Rounding out the band is Dan Althoff from Durant. Scottie Johnson is the music director and Chessica Burton serves as stage manager.
