Coach J's Camps are a safe and fun way for both boys and girls, ages 5-10, to be active while allowing children to grow socially, emotionally, and physically. You can expect:
Explosive Movements & Change of Direction
Emphasis on hard work and determination
Emphasis on correct technique/mechanics
Emphasis on Sportsmanship
Footwork Drills
Teamwork Drills
Agility Games
Relay Races
Football Clinic
May 9- 30, Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm, Dillingham Gym
