Popular with people of all ages this form of martial arts teaches practioners discipline and self-defense techniques to enhance their mind and have controll over their body and movements. As well as, developing strength, speed, balance, flexibility and stamina. Kicking and punching are the main elements, though others such as throwing and grabbing, have been added in as influences from other martial arts. Instructed by 4th degree black belt Tae Kwon Do Competitor in Amateur Organization of Karate with 17 years of experience, Terry Templeton.
