Applications are available online at www.shermantx.org for Sherman Arts Festival 2006 arts/crafts and food vendors. The festival committee is interested in new and different arts’n’crafts for this year’s outdoor show, which is scheduled for September 16. Booth rates have not increased for the past several years, making this show a real bargain for quality vendors. The committee will screen applications for a ten working day turn-around and fees will be promptly refunded for any not accepted; the vendor line-up will be limited to only a few offering similar items, so early application pays off for vendors who have popular products. For more information, call the Sherman Dept. of Tourism, 903-957-0310.
