298 runners competed in the Sherman Education Foundation 5K on Sept. 16, at Sherman Arts Festival. Michael Chase placed first and Roberto Garcia, second, in Men - Overall; Lindsey Odom placed first, and Wendy Rahn, second, in Women - Overall. In addition, there were 148 entrants in the Mini K. Sherman Arts Festival welcomes the SEF group and everyone is already looking forward to Sept. 15, 2007, the twenty-fifth year for the festival and 23rd year for the run! Be sure to join in the fun!
