Crawford Street Place, 4318 W Crawford Street joyously announces a Garden Dedication Weekend Saturday May 17 and Sunday May 18. The new gardens at Crawford Street Place feature a self-guided tour and the public is invited to walk through and enjoy the beauty any time this weekend.
It's all about living at Crawford Street Place, a modest Assisted Living Facility nestled in the trees on Crawford just West of US Hwy 75. The homelike facility is co-owned by a pair of Occupational Therapists, Betty Stoker and Kimberly Ross-Streun. Ross-Streun bubbles with delight when she talks about the gardens. "Residents and staff have labored together in love to create this space," she said, "We are so happy to be able to share it with others."
A private garden reception and dedication ceremony at 6:30 pm on Sunday will honor all former and current residents of Crawford Street Place. The Pastoral Care department of Texoma Medical Center will participate in the dedication ceremony along with CSP staff and residents.
