Auditions for
“Moonlight & Magnolias”
- A New Comedy –
By Ron Hutchinson
Based on a true story. It’s 1949 and Hollywood is abuzz! Famed producer David O. Selznik has shut down production of GONE WITH THE WIND because he hates the screenplay. Summoning famed writer Ben Hecht and director Victor Fleming, he locks them in his office, and on a diet of bananas and peanuts, the three men labor for five days to complete a new script – and Hecht has NEVER read the book.
