Tishomingo resident Bill Adams received honors for Best in Show and First Place in the Wildlife division in the first annual Hagerman NWR Refuge Photo Contest, announced Saturday at the Friends of Hagerman Annual Meeting. The competition was sponsored by Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge and the Friends of Hagerman. First place winners received cash awards and all winners received ribbons for their entries. Rick Cantu, contest chair and Assistant Refuge Manager, made the presentations at the Refuge, with a slide show of the competition entries. Kay Casey assisted in contest organization and the judges were Mary Karam and Robyn Raggio.
