Though, this author may not have ever eaten in Honduras, it was delicious enough to proclaim.
A short interview with Martin, the owner, gave light to the fact that his people DO come from Mexico and Honduras AND they are planning a stand for Sherman(!).
Spotlessly clean with a pleasant atmosphere, the little bus is a perfect candidate for an after movie binge on real Mexican food such as:
Gorditas
Sopes
Huaraches
Tortas
with either fajita, bistec, pollo, chicharron, or picadillo con papas
Come early come late, but you absolutely HAVE to try their sauces; both mild and hot.
Wash it down with a tamarind soda or have one of their wonderful homemade strawberry shakes with real strawberries.
