While Sangria, an alcoholic punch beverage of Spanish origin, is traditionally made with red wine, chopped fruit and citrus juice, nothing says you have to play by the rules. This summer, why not enjoy your watermelon in a slightly different style, with a Watermelon White Sangria!
INGREDIENTS
24 Oz white wine
6 Oz Watermelon Schnapps Liqueur
4 Oz white cranberry juice
Fresh chopped watermelon
Fresh chopped honeydew melon
Fresh chopped cantaloupe
3 limes, sliced
HOW TO:
1. Pour white wine, watermelon schnapps and cranberry juice in a large pitcher. Stir to combine, then add fresh fruit pieces.
2. Serve in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a watermelon wedge.
