- Event listings or event promotions
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Service fees or processing fees
- Unused time, unused services, or unused features
- Account suspensions or terminations resulting from violations of our Terms of Service
3. User Responsibility

Failure to use purchased services, dissatisfaction with results, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users agree not to initiate improper chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated improperly, Texomaland reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the associated account
- Remove listings or content
- Restrict future purchases or access
- Pursue collection of outstanding balances and related fees where permitted by law
5. Exceptions
Texomaland may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional circumstances involving:
- Duplicate billing caused by technical error
- Unauthorized transactions verified by investigation
- Billing mistakes directly caused by Texomaland
Any exception granted shall not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.
6. Marketplace Transactions
Texomaland is not a party to transactions conducted between users through marketplace, classified, or community features.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, or disputes regarding user-to-user transactions must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
7. Changes to This Policy
Texomaland reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
