1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting content, you grant Texomaland a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, promote, and publish your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have permission to use the content you post
- Your content does not violate the rights of others
- Your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or moderate content.
7. Business Listings, Marketplace & Transactions
Businesses, organizations, advertisers, and individual users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, advertisements, products, services, pricing, and claims.
Marketplace and classified transactions occur directly between users. Texomaland is not a buyer, seller, broker, or party to transactions conducted through the Platform.
Texomaland does not guarantee:
- The quality or safety of products or services
- The accuracy of listings or advertisements
- The identity or reliability of users
- The completion of any transaction
Users participate in transactions at their own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
The Texomaland name, branding, logos, design elements, software, graphics, and original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Texomaland materials without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
